As a primary step, we encourage you to thoroughly review this guide. Following that, we kindly request you to raise a ticket via the IT Helpdesk for further assistance.

For urgent situations or when a store is required to respond to a ticket promptly, the Phone Support option is available. This helps us efficiently manage support requests across all stores, ensuring fairness in addressing different levels of severity.

In cases where third-party assistance is needed, such as with device imaging, please coordinate with the IT Team to arrange access for the relevant provider.
