HLA – Accessing a Shared Mailbox

As per the previous article, the majority of team members utilise Outlook Web Access to manage their email.

This article will explain how to open a shared (clinic) mailbox:

Via the hub https://hub.healthia.com.au

1. Open the Healthia Hub
2. Click on the Email icon on the main page to sign into your email
3. Once your email has loaded click your initial in the top right corner

4. Type the name of the clinic mailbox and click on it

5. Click open
