Document Scanning
There are some small changes that have been made to the way in which we scan in clinics.
Previously team members may have been scanning directly from their Multifunction printer into a folder on the server.
The new setup no longer supports direct scanning, and as an alternate solution the IT team has been setting up Scan to Email for the clinics that request this option. This means that when you select the email option on your Multifunction printer that the scan will be sent to your email as a PDF attachment.
From here you can forward the document on, or download it and save it to OneDrive as required.
If you store hasn’t been setup for Scan to Email, please lodge a ticket via the IT Helpdesk to have this setup.
Printing
There have been no changes to printing. When selecting a printer if your clinic has more than one printer please ensure that you have selected the correct printer.
